Areas of Opportunity:
Commercial Real Estate
We focus on acquiring value add commercial real estate opportunities in under-served markets. We primarily pursue purchasing industrial warehousing and office space. Currently, our portfolio consists of approximately 130,000 square feet of industrial space and 10,000 square feet of office space.
Reverse Logistics
We partner with major retailers to assist in distributing their overstock, returns, and salvage merchandise to end consumers. Some of the major names we work with: Macy's, Nordstrom, Home Depot, Lowes, Target, and Wayfair.
Private Business Acquisition
We target businesses that provide stable revenue and growth opportunities. We invest in lower-middle market companies that specialize in parcel delivery. Our preferred targets generally have retiring, or distressed owners who are looking to liquidate their equity stake.
